This design is an exploration into how small a house could be while still adhering to the Residential Code. It is a full home within a 13′ x 24′, single floor package. Features include a 13’x12′ porch, a fireplace, and a convertible couch/murphy bed allowing the main room of the house to fulfill all of the functions of a normal house in one room! The flat roof allows for simpler construction and the ability to place solar panels atop without the fuss of complex angling.
